* Knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and familiarity with common software applications.
* Understanding of computer hardware components peripherals and mobile devices.
* Basic understanding of network protocols TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN etc.
* Experience with remote desktop support and remote troubleshooting tools.
* Familiarity with cloudbased services and collaboration tools (Office 365 G Suite etc.).

* Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools for system performance and availability.
* Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and colleagues.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

* Strong understanding of system development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
* Proficiency in analyzing and documenting system requirements including functional and nonfunctional requirements.
* Ability to create system design specifications and wireframes.
* Experience in system integration and data migration projects.
* Understanding of system testing and quality assurance processes.
