Job Description
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning implementing and monitoring social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness engage with the target audience and drive business growth. This role involves creating and curating content managing social media accounts analyzing performance metrics and staying uptodate with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
Research and identify target audience demographics behaviors and preferences.
Content Creation:
Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including text images videos and infographics.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain the organizations social media accounts (e.g. Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn YouTube etc.).
Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions promptly.
Engage with the online community and foster positive relationships.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement reach conversion rates and ROI.
Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred).

Excellent consulting writing editing (photo/video/text) presentation and communication skills
Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
Understanding of different content formats (text images videos infographics).
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Creativity in designing visually appealing content.
Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn YouTube etc.).
Ability to respond to audience comments messages and feedback.
Ability to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
