Role Overview:
As an Admin Counselor you will be integral to our research and development efforts working on pioneering technologies that can redefine industry standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Be the friendly face our clients interact with. Answer inquiries schedule appointments and assist with paperwork.
Administrative Tasks: Handle daytoday administrative duties including filing data entry and maintaining records.
Appointment Coordination: Schedule client meetings followups and consultations. Keep our calendar organized.
Client Documentation: Prepare and review client documents contracts and agreements. Attention to detail is key.
ProblemSolving: Address client concerns resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
Communication: Communicate effectively via phone email and inperson. Professionalism and courtesy matter.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences and a passion for continuous learning.

Qualifications:
