Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate new leads for modular kitchen projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals that showcase our companys expertise and the benefits of our modular kitchen solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and innovations in the modular kitchen industry.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or a related sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Good understanding of the interior design industry (a plus).
  • Experience with modular kitchens (a plus).
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (written and spoken).
