Architecture Governance Lead

At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Architecture Governance Lead for a leading Technology company in Mumbai. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a growing environment and provide clients with exceptional services. You will support the evolution of the Enterprise Information and Technology function which is an integral part of business and technology planning driving digitization and innovation.

Location: Mumbai India

Functions

1. Lead the Architecture Governance Practice within the Enterprise Architecture team including overseeing the firms Architecture Council.
2. Educate senior stakeholders on the significance and benefits of Architecture Governance.
3. Collaborate with business and technical leaders to ensure alignment of technology investments with strategic goals.
4. Communicate effectively to gain buyin from senior stakeholders.
5. Develop governance strategies principles and standards for architecture decisionmaking.
6. Establish and maintain enterprise architecture governance tools and processes.
7. Manage the repository of architecture governance artifacts.
8. Conduct architecture reviews to identify areas for improvement.
9. Cultivate strong relationships with business and technical leaders managing their expectations and providing leadership coaching and mentoring support for continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

1. 5 years of technology change / project management experience
2. Experience with enterprise architecture processes and governance models
3. Experience in strategic planning & investment governance
4. Experience leading governance forums
5. Experience with creating roadmaps for execution
6. Proven experience in succeeding in environments with significant ambiguity
