Job Description:

Summary:The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the operational activities of the company including production logistics quality control and safety. The COO provides strategic leadership manages operational risks and ensures operational excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies plans and policies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team including production logistics quality control and safety.
• Oversee the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance trends and metrics.
• Manage operational budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with operational regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and communicate operational information to senior management board of directors and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate and manage operational risks and opportunities.
• Lead and participate in strategic operational planning and decisionmaking processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers customers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage and mentor operations team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a COO or senior operations executive in a similar industry.
• Strong operational management and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Solid understanding of operational regulations and standards.
• Experience with operational software and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• High level of integrity and ethics.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
