About Our Client:

Bunbury Trucks Sales and Service renowned as the specialists in Japanese trucks proudly represents Fuso Hino Mercedes Benz and Freightliner Heavy Trucks. As the cornerstone for truck sales finance parts and service in Bunbury and the Southwest they have established themselves as the industry benchmark.

The Role:

CTS People is currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of Bunbury Trucks Sales and Service. This pivotal role bridges our clients customers with their expert technical team ensuring a seamless service experience. Reporting directly to the Service Manager the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer First Contact: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients.
  • Effective Communication: Handle phone enquiries bookings and keep customers updated on their vehicles progress.
  • Invoice Accuracy: Prepare and cost repair invoices for various accounts including retail fleet warranty and internal.
  • Approval Processes: Obtain necessary repair and service authorisations from fleet companies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Workshop Controller to assign tasks to the technical team efficiently.
  • Expert Advice: Offer detailed consultations on vehicle repairs and maintenance options.
  • Appointment Coordination: Manage the scheduling of service appointments vehicle dropoffs and pickups.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the service departments operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building Relationships: Maintain and enhance customer relationships to encourage repeat and loyal business.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional communication skills are essential.
  • Positive and Proactive: We value a strong work ethic and a positive proactive approach.
  • Automotive Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry especially in a dealership environment will be highly regarded.
  • Organisational Talent: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with industryspecific software and Office 365.
  • Drivers Licence: A current drivers licence is required.
