Business Development Manager - HBK Referans

Responsibilities:

• Developing proposals quotations and tenders for enquiries and negotiating terms to secure sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Meeting with potential and existing clients to increase opportunities to increase market share and revenue within government and corporate organizations.
• Working with the team to identify new opportunities to deliver innovative event management services.
• Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Coordinate all operations.
• Overseeing event setup and breakdown to ensure that the event proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
• Managing vendors and contractors to ensure that they meet all contractual obligations and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Effective Networking of customers and to add additional customers
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Fluency in English/Dutch is essential with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and personal presentation skills.
• A team player with leadership skills
