Position Purpose
As the FP&A Manager at Heartland Veterinary Partners you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial planning and analysis functions enabling the company to make wellinformed data driven decisions. In addition you will serve as an Operational Business Partner collaborating closely with other departments to support their financial needs and align their strategies with the company’s growth goals.

Essential Position Responsibilities
  • Modernize Reporting Platform: Drive the evolution of our reporting infrastructure by adopting cuttingedge technologies and best practices. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data is easily accessible and insightful.
  • SelfService Analytics: Enable business units to become more selfsufficient in their analytics needs. Develop and implement selfservice analytics solutions that empower users to create reports and dashboards independently.
  • Data Governance: Enforce data integrity accuracy and governance in financial and management reporting.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • 6 years of financial experience with a focus on FP&A.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent; CFA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics reporting and data governance.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI/ Tableau and Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Experience in preparing/ presenting to CLevel executives. Ability to narrate complex financial and Operational details through professional visualization and presentation skill sets.
  • Articulate actionable datadriven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques.
