Mechanical Engineer

Our client a leading company in Vietnam is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel opportunities throughout Vietnam and Thailand.

In this role you will:

• Oversee the design and development of mechanical components.
• Manage and execute mechanical engineering projects.
• Participate in research and development activities to refine existing products and create new ones.

You are a perfect candidate if you possess:

• A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 310 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and machine design.
• Expertise in ComputerAided Design (CAD) software.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong research and development (R&D) experience.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Chinese language skills a plus).
• The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Experience with manufacturing processes and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is a plus but training can be provided.

Solidworks experience is beneficial but not required as other team members can handle drafting tasks.
