About the Role:

As a Service Architect you will be the mastermind behind the design and development of managed and support services. Your expertise will guide the creation of comprehensive solutions that not only meet but exceed operational excellence and customer satisfaction. By leading design activities and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams you will ensure that our technological solutions remain at the forefront of public safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the service design authority ensuring endtoend solution integrity.
• Develop and maintain service design standards processes and operational workflows.
• Lead and engage with thirdparty suppliers and managed services to uphold and exceed service standards.
• Design and oversee the implementation of Service Design Packages that streamline operations and maintenance.
• Evaluate customer requirements and contracts to mitigate risks and ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Play a pivotal role in defining the service architecture landscape integrating new technologies and trends to enhance service delivery.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunication Engineering Business Information Systems or equivalent industry experience (8 years).
• Proven track record in leading the service design of complex solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL TOGAF and potentially PMP certifications.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and German capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid grounding in public safety technologies cellular network architectures and networking concepts.
• A proactive problemsolver with excellent time management planning and negotiation skills.
