One of our clients, a 10+ year old ERP SaaS Software Company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team and strategically develop new and existing channels for driving leads and overall interest in their software solution.
As part of a small but talented team of marketers and sales professionals, you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in developing and growing new communication touch points that will drive customer acquisition and extend our existing clients LTV.
Reporting into the CMO with a dotted line to the General Manager, this key position will be exposed to all types of traffic (organic, paid, and owned) and will have the opportunity to support and build expertise across omni-channel efforts. They are looking for someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and continue to build out and manage the foundations (while exploring new and innovative programs) of their high growth demand generation and lead generation programs. The Marketing Manager will have access to inhouse and 3rd party copywriters, website developers, graphic designers and PPC specialists. The role will be focused 60-70% on Demand Gen and Marketing Automation effort and 30-40% on overseeing Web, Digital, Social and in-person Marketing programs and campaigns
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create a segment roadmap in collaboration with growth and product teams with the goal of driving new leads, increased conversion, and improved engagement across all channels.
- Own the hands-on execution of all email and lifecycle marketing campaigns (building & sending emails, pulling audience segments, a/b testing & reporting)
- Develop customer targeting, segmentation, and communication strategies to maximize the conversion rate, drive deep funnel leads and ongoing interest
- Lead marketing automation and triggers to engage and convert prospects and customers across the customer journey
- Continuously conduct A/B tests and analyze results to develop insights to improve conversion rate, retention, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Provide on-going reporting, campaign insights and revenue pacing to stakeholders
Your experience includes:
- 4-7+ years of experience and proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps
- You are a curious and engaged marketer who can point to personal success in developing and executing lead/conversion campaigns
- Experience working in a strong metrics driven culture to measure the channel impacts
- Experience in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels, deliverability and privacy laws
- Deep experience with leveraging Marketing Automation and Sales tools
- Experience developing and creating content to support demand gen programming
- Excel, A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis
- Strong organizational and communication skills

What you will do
- Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of primary industry, client profiles, and the buyer s journey/decision making process .
- Work closely with sales and product departments to ensure programs are aligned and performing optimally and pivot/adjust as needed
- Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
- Grow leads across all channels
- Manage all paid and organic campaigns in market to support ongoing interest in our Services
- Manage the website lead gen programming including CTAs, Email/Newsletter subscriptions
- Manage vendor relationships across demand gen, lead gen, content development, graphic design, PPC, website development and partnerships
- Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time and develop drip and lead magnet programs to drive leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and product to build lead gen programs that support sales enablement.
- Leverage marketing automation (Pardot) and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI regularly
