We are hiring a CNM2 Endoscopy for a Private Hospital in Galway Ireland. 37.5 hours per week

We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence based care planning approach.
- Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership
- Be responsible for the coordination assessment planning delivery and review of service user care by all staff in designated area
- Exercise authority in the running of the assigned area(s) as deputised by the scheduled care Assistant Director of Nursing.
- Manage communication about the role of best practice in the triage of referrals
Requirements
- Be registered / eligible to register in the General Division of the NMBI Nurse Register.
- BSc qualification preferred management qualification also desirable
- Nursing experience 5 years in total with 34 years endoscopy nursing experience or related area
- Have proven Clinical Leadership Managerial & Customer Care skills
- Proactive approach to planning with effective coordination of resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate staff
- Flexibility in work practices.
