Job Description

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas

We are Hiring an Oncology/Haematology Clinical Facilitator CNM2 Grade for our Hospital client in Dublin.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in supporting the Nursing Staff throughout the Oncology/Haematology Service with ongoing development of their skills and competencies in line with the most uptodate evidencebased practice.
  • Provide professional nursing skills in assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care.
  • Act as a reference source of clinical expertise for the Nursing Staff and Health Care Assistants throughout the oncology/haematology service
  • Provide a quality educational and supportive service to Nursing staff and Health Care Assistants.
  • Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team in the provision of a safe effective highquality service.
  • Development coordination and active participation of uptodate educational/clinical programmes for relevant staff.
  • Maintain a quality standard of service. Lead on proactive quality improvement and support accreditation.
  • Effectively educate staff on hospital and regional policies as applicable.


Requirements

  • Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI (essential)
  • Possess three years of acute setting experience following registration (important)
  • Possess managerial experience which is preferred
  • Have finished a desired management training programme.
  • Possess demonstrated clinical and professional aptitude.
  • Understand and be familiar with NCCP guidelines
  • Possess the capacity to interact with employees at all organizational levels.
