Location: Hyderabad Pune or Bangalore
Hybrid Mode Position

work in shifts: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST).
Requirements
- Functional experience in PeopleSoft Benefits specifically for North America.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Willingness to work in shifts: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST).
- Experience in any other PeopleSoft module is considered an added advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues raised by clients.
- Capability to decode functional designs to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in working on enhancements by gathering requirements from clients.
- Aptitude for creating or updating functional design documents.
- Proficient in creating test plans and test scripts for upgrades and patches.
