Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP PS module including gathering business requirements configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project planning resource allocation and cost control within the SAP PS environment.
• Provide expertise in project systems structures and methodologies to support business operations and project execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans schedules and milestone tracking within SAP PS.
• Support end users by providing training troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP PS module.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the functionality of SAP PS module.
• Participate in project reviews audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and adherence to project management standards.
• Conduct regular system testing performance monitoring and enhancements to improve SAP PS functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP PS solutions and configurations.
• Effectively communicate project status risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Stay updated with SAP PS module updates new releases and industry best practices to ensure the organizations SAP system remains current and efficient.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP Project System (PS) implementation configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in integration of SAP PS with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP SD MM FI/CO).
• Proficiency in SAP PS structures project planning budgeting and resource management.
• Ability to create and maintain project documentation such as WBS networks and milestone billing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a detailoriented approach.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA project implementations is desirable.
