Job Role:

The candidate should be able to call leads and close sales for various Elearning and Upskilling

products.

Job Description:

Handling leads and calling them for closure (B2C)

Meeting monthly and yearly targets / Sales Conversion

Guiding client to select the relevant academic program

Counseling clients

Keeping track of daily inquiries.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi English)

Guiding for the right course negotiation objection handling skills

Technical skills in Excel
