Tasks

• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Identify potential risks and discrepancies in contracts and legal documents.
• Assist in drafting editing and proofreading legal documents such as contracts agreements and letters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to gather necessary information and provide support during legal proceedings.
• Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents including tracking revisions and updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Completed legal degree (BLaw or MLaw)
