Job Opportunity: Sales Invoicing Clerk

Department: Sales
Reporting: Head of Sales

Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking to hire a Sales Invoicing Clerk responsible for handling customer orders processing invoices accurately and ensuring smooth product issuance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and process invoices

2. Attend to customer requests

3. Process sales documents and create customer invoices

4. Verify sales orders for accurate billing

5. Update customer files with issued invoices

6. Develop positive customer relationships

7. Drive sales growth through existing and new clients

8. Boost sales revenues and profitability

9. Stay updated on invoicing best practices

10. Coordinate timely delivery of orders

11. Implement customer orders and ensure satisfaction

12. Build and maintain client relationships

13. Perform other duties as assigned



Requirements

Requirements:

Basic Accounting Knowledge

Proficient in QuickBooks

Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Invoicing Clerk
