Production Associate Swing Shift

PAY: $20.20$23.00hourly plus an 8% shift differential for hours worked in the facility. Starting pay will depend on prior experience and work location.

Shift Hours: 1:45 pm 10:00 pm Swing Shift (MF with mandatory overtime) or Swing Shift Rotating (7 days on 24 days off) available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags inflators or component parts.

Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a highquality product is produced.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 35pounds.

Makes suggestions to improve performance quality and/or costs in work area by applying Autoliv Production System (APS) principles.

Monitors machines and verifies that parts meet specifications by using hand gauge measurements and/or visual inspection.

Promotes quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition. Trains and/or instructs others as required.

Maintains reliable attendance and a fulltime work status.

Adheres to safety standards.

Relieves other employees for breaks as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
