Our client is a wellestablished civil defense litigation firm based in the heart of downtown Orlando. They serve a broad range of clients in state and federal courts and specialize in robust legal defense and advisory services.

Role Description
Our client seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team in Orlando FL. This fulltime onsite position requires a minimum of three years of civil litigation experience with a preference for expertise in police/governmental liability or insurance defense. The successful candidate will undertake significant responsibilities including conducting thorough legal research drafting precise legal documents and actively representing clients in both court and deposition settings. Additionally the role involves supporting senior attorneys with case management and enhancing client communications.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted to the Florida Bar Association.
  • Demonstrated strong research and writing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • A solid background in civil litigation is necessary for this role.
