We are hiring for an experienced paralegal ideally with a view to develop skills into Property Litigation with a view to promote to fee earner in the future.

The role is working for an established law firm who are growing their property litigation department and are looking for someone who is already a paralegal who has an interest in property. A Law Degree and LPC would be an advantage it is not essential as time served experience will be ideal.

Your role will include

  • Provide document support and management in the course of real estate litigation including organising collating reviewing and supplying court bundles
  • Liaising with courts
  • Attending client and other meetings and producing accurate notes of such meetings and activity lists
  • Ensure compliance with professional duties and the firm s internal procedures
  • Active participation in business development initiatives
  • To demonstrate required knowledge and keep up to date with developments in the law
  • To assist in the billing process
  • Participate in firm wide and team specific training sessions

Future development opportunities for the right candidate to become a fee earner in the future.

The Salary is 28000 to 30000 Negotiable
