Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing implementing and maintaining Java Spring Boot microservices.
Architect scalable and robust solutions to address business requirements across various domains.
Drive the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
Provide technical leadership and guidance ensuring adherence to best practices coding standards and architectural principles.
Lead code reviews identify areas for improvement and promote continuous learning and skill development within the team.
Actively participate in crossfunctional discussions and decisionmaking processes to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
8 years of handson experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing development teams in Agile environments.
Extensive experience working on projects across multiple domains demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
Indepth knowledge of software engineering principles design patterns and best practices.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications in Java Spring or related technologies are a plus.
