Our Enterprise Services organization is looking for a Technical Analyst who is a key member of the Global Enterprise Applications team. Sharepoint which is our tool for intranet site and document mangement is a critical part of Vialto s process. Therefore the Technical developer should possess all aspects of skills including designing development and deploying solutions with user satisfaction a priority. As a technical leader of the team you will have a direct impact on design standards security and feature enhancements for our user base in 41 countries with 6000 employees supporting 3000 clients.

Responsibilities:

Works with business and technology partners to identify define interpret and clarify the scope of the solution including integrations.

Is expected to maintain deep technical knowledge of capabilities and features to create platform patterns and technical best practices with the goal of increasing adoption operational efficiency and realized business value for business.

Works on complex assignments involving multiple problems.

Drive design engineering implementation and configuration of platform services to support overall enterprise patterns and reinforce best practices.

Resolves escalations & business issues root cause analysis issue prevention and suggests improvements

Extensive experience and very high skill level in Coding. Drives development of complex features through multiple layers/areas (frontend backend concurrency). Improves coding and design practices across multiple teams.

Extensive knowledge and very high skill level in Software Design. Drives and oversees design architecture of complex features with multiple components.

Develop patterns for common platform needs (e.g. logging monitoring alerting backup encryption tooling etc) across all layers of the platform and supporting services.

Partner with Information Security representatives to develop implement and/or execute security configurations and controls.

Support and refine the utilization strategy for the platform and enhance its overall architecture security performance and financial aspects.

Contribute to the platform product and architectural roadmaps.

Performs development and advanced configuration activities including custom objects and fields dashboards flows reports workflows rules automation and triggers.

Manages the core security model configurations.

Provide Tier 3 Support for core platform and configuration defect resolution.

Leads solution design discussions develops work effort estimates for implementation and presents solutions.

Drafts and maintains solution documentation for platform components integrations and common use patterns to meet all architectural security and operational requirements as defined.

Provides training coaching and support for issues relating to the team.

Knowledge of industry security best practices

Good experience with power automation like workflows and approvals

Qualifications and Background

3 years of Sharepoint experience of relevant development engineering experience and skills in building cloudbased applications

Must have experience in working in an Agile project Methodology

Experience in partnering with program management teams and 3rd Party partners

Deep handson technical expertise specially using relevant open source technologies.

Experience of Test Driven Development Unit Test Frameworks

Experience using standard development practices.

Experience with change management systems and processes.

Experience in troubleshooting diagnosis and problemsolving.

Bachelors Degree or global equivalent in related discipline

Leading with a positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when needed.

This role is WorkFromHome (WFH) which allows most work to be performed at home. WFH employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 if they choose to visit a local office or when traveling for business.
