Job Description
Overview:
The Sales Executive for Surface Claddings plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the organization. They are responsible for identifying potential clients developing strong relationships and promoting the companys surface cladding products in the market. The role demands proactive engagement with clients understanding their requirements and offering suitable solutions to meet their needs. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for surface claddings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends competitive activity and potential new markets
- Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of claddings
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the companys products
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven track record in sales and exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong understanding of construction and architectural industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis
- Experience in selling surface cladding or related building materials preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Selfmotivated resultoriented and able to work independently
