Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Biweekly monthly and quarterly reviews for the brands.
Prepare promotions and trade marketing plans for the brands
Full ownership of trade promotion calendar
Plan and executive instore samplings initiatives
Monitoring brand SKU wise performance
Analyzing the ROI of trade promotions and instore activations
Periodic market visits to ensure the deliverables against BDA
Monitoring price points (RSP/Promo Price) across modern trade
Close coordination with sales and marketing team on the deliverables
Analyze the strike rate of the brands/SKUs and identify potential outlets for scale up
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing sales or a similar role.
Proven track record of driving business growth through trade marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
