Children s Home Deputy Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Children s Home Deputy Manager to work for IST Housing Care & Support, a new provider based in Leeds. We are looking to establish a 3x 3 bed Childrens home which caters for children and young people aged 16 to 17 years. We are looking for a Deputy Manager who is currently in a Senior position with deputy management responsibilities. A Minimum of One year s senior RSW experience is required and a focus on working towards a QCF/NVQ level 5 in leadership management.

This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, which has managed years of experience in the sector.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Competitive salary from 28,000 up to 35,000 pa (depending on experience)

Training options for level 5 and therapeutic training qualifications.

Requirements

What We Require from YOU-

A minimum of 2 years experience in a senior residential position in a Childrens home.

QCF/NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young Peoples workforce.
