Responsibilities:
- Implement complex features on the assigned projects.
- Assign team members to projects and provide time estimates of tasks as per the project needs.
- Support and mentor junior and senior developers within the team (code, design, architectural review & guidance).
- Take technical ownership of functional areas within the code ensuring a high level of quality, design best practices and maintainability.
- Work closely with architects to understand customer flows, manage the backlog and elaborate technical requirements & document solutions.
