Job Description

  • Work closely with the visiting Dr. to determine the operational needs of the visiting program.
  • Plan the visiting appointments and coordinate with the concerned Area Manager (OPD/ Inpatient) for the date, time, expected patient rates, and the duration / Frequency of the Dr. visit.
  • Plan the schedules and leaves of visiting Drs. in coordination with the CMO Office, Area Manager, and HR Department.
  • Welcome and greet patients, and clients and demonstrate advanced customer focus, and therapeutic communication competencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication cycle between patient and treatment physician.
  • Orient the newly admitted patients on their rights and responsibilities as patients of SGHC and document it in the patient’s file.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science.
  • Presentable.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent Communicator.
  • Medical experience will be an advantage.
  • Females Only
  • Full time 6 days per week.
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in the same position in a large reputable organization.
