Project Support Officers - Contract - Canberra

Requirements

• Knowledge of the Project Management methodologies
  
• Demonstrated Project Officer Competencies within the ICT field
  
• Experience with the Commonwealth complex procurement process, including the tendering process, and managing contracts, is desirable
  
• Under general direction implement stakeholder communication plans, enhancing customer and stakeholder relationships
  
• Very Good Communication Skills
  

Desirable:

• Provide administration support including schedule maintenance, monthly reporting, and resource management
  
• Provide general administrative support including management of project record keeping requirements and systems; secretariat support for project meetings and forums and other communications
  
• Under general direction edit technical and project related documents, and publish documents on the intranet
