We currently have a great opportunity for a Melbourne based Crewing & Travel co-ordinator to join our team in a full-time on-going
About the job:
The role will work with alongside a team of Crewing & Travel team members with respect to crewing and travel duties across various NEP jobs but primarily on AFL and Cricket Crewing and travel type duties include, but are not limited to:
- crewing of freelancers such as camera operators & similar,
- weekly timesheet payroll processing,
- booking of travel for crew,
- processing of Company crew invoices,
- requesting and processing of per diems and
- entering of costs into job costing software
One of the main accountabilities for this role is the crewing of freelancers for the upcoming Summer of Cricket!
What you need to be short-listed
- Broadcast, Production, or event experience
- Minimum of two years crewing experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
