- Strategize, plan and direct all the business aspects of the DSF distribution to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timelines
- Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with stakeholders and Customers (internal & external)
- Mixe directive and/or collaborative style of work ‘with and through’ Field Force to recruit & develop Insurance Advisors so that the 3 drivers of business – Activity, Productivity and Average Premium – are driven to achieve the desired objectives.
- Establish and adhere to sales management processes
