Job Description

The primary responsibility is to lead, develop and manage internal and external suppliers for the Turkish Supply Chain while ensuring proper administration. Ensuring all suppliers are delivering the agreed business needs, including managing EHS
standards and measuring KPIs.

In addition to the specific duties for Turkey, this role works with the EMEA
Supply Chain and the Supply Chain Project Manager in respect of external supply
chain spending on warehousing, logistics and contract manufacturing while
investigating future scenarios for optimisation.

Be a role model for Supply Chain within the Turkish organization.

Tasks

Build and develop relationships & agreements with Turkish
Supply Chain Suppliers that deliver continuous improvements, innovation and
value creating opportunities

Ensure all transactions for goods into and out of the Turkish
warehouse are completed in a timely manner to support customer invoicing all
discrepancies and complaints being investigated, corrected and where possible
process improvement put in place to remove root cause.

Ensure all required documents for Turkish warehouse, tax/ customs and freight carriers are available on time in full to support deliveries of goods to customers

Ensure that all supply chain processes that support the Turkey Supply Chain are SOX compliant and meet the requirements of internal and external business controls - working closely with Finance and relevant stakeholders.

Lead the analytical requirements of the EMEA Supply Chain that support the identification and management of business improvements and cost savings working with colleagues across EMEA to ensure maximum optimization.

Support the EMEA Supply Chain Manager in the control and reporting of EMEA external supply chain spend on warehousing, logistics.

Systems: Optimise process in the current system (D365 Dynamics/Navision) while considering JDE roll out long term. Post JDE roll out, working with external warehouse supplier, implement systems, processes and procedures to minimise the resources used for inbound and outbound administration in JDE for Turkey.

Requirements

Team Worker, especially if teams are small important to keep working together

Knowledge on S&OP and being able and supported with setting up the right tooling to follow up on orders and needs of FG

IT skills for data analysis and reporting, experience of working with large data
sets

Good communicator
