German Retention Agent Turkey

Job Title: German Retention Agent Forex Company

Location: Turkey (Relocation Available)

Job Description:

As a German Retention Agent for our regulated forex company based in Turkey you will be

responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Germanspeaking

clientele. Your primary focus will be on retaining existing clients by providing exceptional

customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retention Strategy Execution: Implement retention strategies to ensure client satisfactionand loyalty. Utilize various communication channels (phone email chat) to engage withclients and address their needs effectively.

2. Relationship Building: Develop rapport and trust with clients through personalizedinteractions. Understand their trading preferences risk tolerance and investment goalsto tailor retention efforts accordingly.

3. Client Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to clients regarding tradingplatforms account inquiries and general tradingrelated questions. Offer guidance onmarket trends and trading strategies to enhance client success.

4. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints or concerns in a professionaland empathetic manner. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issuescompliance matters or other clientrelated issues promptly.

5. Account Management: Proactively monitor client accounts and activity to identifyopportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products and services. Offerpersonalized recommendations based on client needs and market conditions.

6. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply withregulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain thorough documentation ofclient communication and account activities for compliance purposes.

7. Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related toclient retention satisfaction and revenue generation. Identify trends and opportunitiesfor improvement to optimize retention efforts.

Qualifications:

Fluent in German (written and verbal) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service sales or retention roles preferred Knowledge of financial markets and forex trading is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail Willingness to relocate to Turkey (if applicable) and possess a valid driver's license (car

provided)
