About E-FARM

E-FARM is a fast-growing AgTech (Agricultural Technology) company, facilitating online-based farm machinery transactions on a global scale. The platform connects farmers, equipment dealers, inspection companies, financial institutions, logistics providers as well as insurance companies to eliminate current trading barriers.
E-FARM s competitive edge originates in a data-driven approach to exploiting market inefficiencies across borders and industry segments. Having just closed a financing round with a leading farm equipment manufacturer and a tech-focused venture capital company, E-FARM is looking for motivated and open-minded talents to further scale its operations.

Your challenge

  • You further grow our machinery supply network encompassing farm equipment manufacturers, farm equipment dealers, farm contractors and farmers.
  • You talk to globally leading farm equipment manufacturers (John Deere, AGCO, CNH, CLAAS, etc.) on how to facilitate online transactions of their used machinery across Europe.
  • You win farm equipment dealers for our business model and actively help them inaccurately trading-in and quickly liquidating used machinery.
  • You enable farm contractors and farms to focus on their core farming business while we upgrade their machinery fleet.
  • You gather critical feedback from our supplier network and thereby enable our product development and technology team to consistently improve our products and services.
  • You are the driver in the team, take responsibility and are able to make decisions independently.
  • You want to be a part of something big, always proactive and want to take our platform to the next level.

Your profile

  • You have profound work experience in sales, business development, or strategy-related roles.
  • A real passion for business development: You love to convince suppliers, internalize our vision and thus grow and improve our machinery offer.
  • Strong customer focus: You love building relationships and widening your network.
  • You have a passion for farming and/or machinery, actual hands-on farming experience is a plus.
  • You act independently and have the courage to make decisions and learn from them.
  • You are enthusiastic and have a high level of commitment.
  • You know your strengths and are ready to share your knowledge with your colleagues - at the same time, you acknowledge that you can learn from your colleagues and see it as an asset to ask them for advice.
  • You have an agile mindset, a well-structured working style and a strong team and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and German
