- Engage with a variety of stakeholders to understand and foresee potential safety issues on the Noice platform
- Design, develop and execute a global, best-in-class Trust and Safety strategy for both short- and long-term
- Develop customized frameworks to assess and minimize risks for our players, and develop guidelines and processes for responding to trust and safety challenges
- Lead and grow Noice’s internal Trust & Safety team and coordinate the efforts of third party T&S teams working for Noice
- Set the vision, direction, and culture of the internal T&S team by managing company-wide performance, expectations and goals related to the field
