Job Description

- Disseminate lessons learned and successes during project implementation, working with the team members.
- Disseminate best practices to internal (home office) and external stakeholders, as appropriate
- Compile relevant data on project indicators for contractual reports, working with the MEL team lead and MEL Coordinator.
- Leverage social media tools such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Write and edit (photo/video/text) presentations and social media communications
- Maintain technical quality control for all public communication, public awareness and public relations work.
- Lead development of and organize content for project progress reports and technical deliverables, including quarterly and annual reports and other project deliverables as required.
- Identify channels and develop networks for communicating key messages to beneficiary communities, project partners, the client, and other stakeholders.
- Assume primary responsibility for implementing and overseeing the project’s communication strategy.
- Work with other staff members to ensure consistency in the communication of key messages related to the Activity’s technical work.
- Liaise with technical staff and monitoring and evaluation team lead to identify and prioritize key project successes to be included in external communications materials.
