Job Description
● Understand product specifications and user psychology
● Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and statistics
● Create personas through user research and data
● Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
● Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback using tools such as ( mix panel,
Full story,..etc) to monitor and analyze the users’ behavior and come up with UX solutions to
improve the conversion rate.
● Develop wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively
communicate interaction and design ideas.
● Run A/B testing and user-testing for the UX of new features.
● Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative
solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
