Job Summary
The Verification Specialist role is responsible for ensuring effective accurate and comprehensive employment background screening processes and results.
What will you do:
- Conduct screening verification by searching on the internet social media and databases and contacting the informant such as telephone or email
- Verification of information through comprehensive online media resources emailing and databases
- Email and messages to sources when required
- Phone conversations with university and company representatives
- Phone interviews with references
- Interviewing resources with the pretext to gather deeper information
- Analysis of information obtained
- Drafting comprehensive reports
- Close collaboration with HR related to internal candidate screenings
- Consulting crucial problems to the Production Manager before taking an action
- Giving suggestions to the Production Manager related to the performance of field screeners
- Any improvement to process and methodology
- Any impediments to feedback and advice related to Prisma
- Ad hoc assignments as requested by the supervisor
Who we need:
- Minimum 1-2 experience in customer-related or background check position
- High level of integrity
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and administration skills
- Deadline-oriented
- English literate (spoken and written) is a must
