Job Summary
Employee recruit, a leading player in the Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee our HR functions in Delhi, India. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all HR operational activities to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 3-8 years of experience in HR operations management.
- Proven expertise in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Certification in HR management.
