Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Kochi Kerala
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
Experience: 5–6 years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR environment exposure to IATF standards.
Salary:9LPA

Position Summary
The Senior HR Professional will be responsible for managing and supporting end-to-end HR operations at the plant level. This role ensures compliance with statutory and customer audit requirements supports IATF audit coordination drives employee engagement initiatives manages employee relations and facilitates seamless onboarding and integration of new employees.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate structured onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
* Manage statutory compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
* Support headcount (HC) forecasting workforce planning and annual HC budgeting aligned with business needs.
* Plan and execute employee welfare engagement and motivational initiatives to build a positive work culture.
* Handle employee grievances effectively ensuring fair resolution and strong employee relations.
* Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new hires.
* Assist in IATF and customer audit coordination and compliance activities.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
