Role: HR Technology Transformation Lead / HRMS Consultant

Experience: 8–15 years
Location: Bengaluru (preferred)
Travel: Regular travel to client location in North Bengaluru

Duration: 6 months

Budget : 13 to 22 LPA ( based on exp range)

Educational qualification : MBA preferred ( other qualifications also can be considered)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Transformation Lead to drive the HRMS implementation program. The role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders HR leadership IT teams and the implementation partner to ensure successful delivery of the HR transformation agenda.

Key Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in HR technology HR transformation or HRMS implementation programs
• Strong understanding of HR processes across hire-to-retire lifecycle
• Experience leading or managing implementations of platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Workday Darwinbox or similar HR systems
• Ability to gather business requirements translate them into solution requirements and drive execution with implementation partners
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with HR leaders business executives and technical teams
• Experience in program governance issue resolution vendor management and change adoption
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice preferred
• Good understanding of AI based tools and Agentification of HR processes.

Preferred

• End-to-end HRMS deployment experience

• Consulting background and experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs
