Job Description:
- Manage and lead a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
- Achieve business and sales objectives for the assigned territory.
- Drive prescription generation and market development activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors distributors and key customers.
- Analyze market opportunities and implement effective business strategies.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidate should be based in Jaipur with relevant market experience.
- Experience in Gastro Acute or Chronic therapy is preferred.
- Should have managed a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
- Candidates with strong business delivery high sales volume handling and stable employment history will be preferred.
- Maximum age: 38 years.
