Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
- Drive sales performance and achieve regional business targets.
- Coach train and mentor team members to improve productivity.
- Develop and execute territory business plans.
- Build strong relationships with key doctors hospitals distributors and other stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and business opportunities.
- Ensure implementation of company strategies and compliance with reporting systems.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidate should be based in Gurgaon with relevant market exposure.
- Experience in Gastro therapy is preferred.
- Should have handled a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
- Candidates with strong sales performance higher business volume handling and stable career history (1-2 organizations) will be preferred.
- Maximum age: 38 years.
