Cluster Manager

The Cluster Manager oversees the daily operations commercial performance and facility upkeep of multiple assigned retail showrooms. This role serves as the direct link between corporate management and store teams ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets strict inventory control and impeccable store maintenance (hygiene cleanliness and visual merchandising).

• Daily SOPs: Enforce standard operating procedures regarding store opening/closing safety protocols and billing accuracy.

• Housekeeping & Hygiene: Conduct regular unannounced audits to ensure 100% compliance with deep-cleaning dusting and sanitization schedules for showrooms display units and back-offices.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for housekeeping security pest control and facility maintenance (HVAC electricals lighting).

• Asset Protection: Manage routine preventative maintenance to prevent disruptions to customer service or store aesthetics.

• Target Achievement: Drive assigned stores to meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Performance Analysis: Review store-wise KPIs (footfall conversion rates average bill value) to formulate corrective action plans for underperforming locations.

• Marketing Execution: Oversee the implementation of localized promotions seasonal visual merchandising changes and launch events.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across the cluster to optimize product mix and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.

• Shrinkage Control: Implement strict security protocols to minimize stock shrinkage damages and pilferage.

• Audits: Direct periodic physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation processes.

• Manpower Management: Oversee staff scheduling attendance and floor coverage optimization.

• Grooming & Training: Enforce corporate standards for staff grooming uniform compliance and professional customer etiquette.

• Performance Management: Mentor Store Managers and identify training gaps to build a high-performance retail culture.
