Job Summary

Job Description:

Administrative Roles

  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and record-keeping activities.

  • Handle monthly billing invoicing and coordination for GST-related documentation.

  • Support banking activities including payments collections and transaction tracking.

  • Maintain administrative records and ensure proper documentation.

Compliance and Process Support

  • Support documentation and record maintenance for KYC FATCA CKYC and other regulatory requirements.

  • Track updates in applicable regulations including SEBI guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Assist in updating internal compliance manuals policies and procedures.

  • Monitor certification and periodic review of compliance-related documents.

  • Coordinate weekly and monthly operational and compliance reports.

Client Support

  • Provide client servicing support by maintaining and updating investment records in back-office systems.

  • Coordinate with clients for documentation and information requirements.

  • Ensure timely sharing of reports records and relevant updates with clients.

  • Maintain accurate client data and transaction records.
