We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive Ad Operations to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities expertise in reporting and dashboard creation and hands-on experience with Excel Power BI Looker Studio and AI productivity tools to support business operations and decision-making.
- Prepare Daily Weekly and Monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
- Develop maintain and automate operational dashboards and business reports.
- Perform data validation reconciliation and reporting quality checks.
- Track Google Ads budgets account allocations and available credits.
- Support Meta Ads operational reporting and campaign performance analysis.
- Build interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain SOPs reporting templates and process documentation.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Gemini and Claude to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements for operational excellence.

Required Skills:
13 years of experience in MIS Business Analysis Reporting or Ad Operations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of: Excel Shortcuts VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Pivot Tables Conditional Formatting Dashboard Creation Hands-on experience with Power BI. Hands-on experience with Looker Studio. Experience preparing and maintaining MIS reports and business dashboards. Practical exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Gemini and Claude. Strong analytical logical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Ownership mindset with a proactive approach. Good documentation and process management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
