The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities expertise in reporting and dashboard creation and hands-on experience with Excel Power BI Looker Studio and AI productivity tools to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Daily Weekly and Monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
Develop maintain and automate operational dashboards and business reports.
Perform data validation reconciliation and reporting quality checks.
Track Google Ads budgets account allocations and available credits.
Support Meta Ads operational reporting and campaign performance analysis.
Build interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel Power BI and Looker Studio.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Create and maintain SOPs reporting templates and process documentation.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Gemini and Claude to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements for operational excellence.
Requirements
13 years of experience in MIS Business Analysis Reporting or Ad Operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
