Architect, Architecture

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Manage full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to detail design and Construction drawing review
• Act as focal point of contact to coordinate with various professionals of multiple disciplines throughout the project cycle
• Formulate building designs and outline detailed drawings
• Liaise with construction professionals in examining the feasibility of potential projects
• Prepare and present reports proposals applications and contracts

Qualifications :

• Preferably HKIA registered with background as a BIM Manager or advanced BIM modelling skills.
• More than 10 years of working experience with solid hands-on BIM project experience
• Have a strong design capability and clear understanding of design and implementing a design ethos
• Strong skills in parametric modelling is an advantage 
• Strong skills in AutoCAD Sketchup Revit Rhino
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
