- Supervising cleaning services in all hospital facilities over a 24-hour period.
- Contributing with the line official in preparing the manual of work procedures for cleaning and working to update it from time to time.
- Monitor the performance of the cleaning company contracted by the hospital.
- Establishing a daily and weekly work program and distributing duties to cleaners.
- Carrying out tours of the hospital's departments and facilities to ensure they are clean.
- Coordination with cleaning workers to ensure that each of them is in the place of work and applies work procedures.
