Position Summary
The Back Office Sales Support Summer Student supports the sales team by keeping data invoices and tickets accurate and up to date. This role helps ensure smooth daytoday sales operations by maintaining records supporting billing activities and tracking sales requests. Its a great opportunity to gain handson experience in sales operations while working closely with sales and finance partners.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate customer sales and pricing data in internal systems
- Support invoicing by preparing invoices checking details and helping resolve discrepancies
- Log track and update sales and service tickets to ensure timely followup
- Work with sales and finance teams to resolve data invoice or ticket issues
- Keep digital records organized and escalate urgent issues when needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a postsecondary program (business accounting administration or related field preferred)
- Strong attention to detail especially when working with data and invoices
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and email tools
- Strong organization and timemanagement skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
